Getting Started

This step-by-step guide will walk you through the process of selling your products on our platform using the Dokan and WooCommerce setup. Follow these easy steps to start showcasing and selling your items.

Step 1: Sign Up or Log In

1.1. If you are a new user, click on the “Sign Up” button located in the top header of the website.

1.2. Fill in the required information on the registration page. Make sure to check the “Become a Vendor” checkbox to indicate that you want to sell items on the platform.

1.3. If you are already a registered user, click on the “Log In” button in the top header. Enter your credentials to log in.

Step 2: Access the Upload Item Page

2.1. Once logged in, you will see a “Sell Now” button in the top header. Click on it to go directly to the Upload Item page.

2.2. For new users who signed up in Step 1, the “Sell Now” button will lead you to the registration/login page. After successful login, you will be redirected to the Upload Item page.

Step 3: Upload Item Details

3.1. On the Upload Item page, start by uploading images of your product.

3.2. Add a descriptive title for your item.

3.3. Specify the price for your product. You can enter both the regular price and a discounted price if applicable.

3.4. Select the category that best fits your product.

3.5. Add relevant tags to help users find your product easily (optional).

3.6. Specify the item size, color, and brand if applicable.

3.7. Provide a detailed description of your product.

Step 4: Create Product

4.1. After entering all the necessary information, click on the “Create Product” button at the bottom of the page.

4.2. Your product is now live on the platform, and users can start discovering and purchasing it.

Prohibited Items

If your item does not fit into a catalog category or falls under any of the following, it may not be allowed on KoshMosh:

  • Unlawful, unethical, or non-compliant with legal standards.
  • Counterfeits or items infringing on copyright or intellectual property rights.
  • Illicit reproductions without the copyright/IP holder’s consent (e.g., books, films, music, video games).
  • Items subject to age-rating classification with missing age-rating labels (e.g., video games, films).
  • Live animals, pets, items for wild or farm animals.
  • Items containing fur, reptile skin, shell, or ivory, excluding leather, sheared sheep wool, cashmere, and mohair.
  • Potentially unsafe or unhygienic items, including used cosmetics, underwear bottoms, bedding, towels, or piercings.
  • Sanitary products, detergents, cleaning chemicals, or similar items.
  • Prescription and non-prescription medicinal products, professional medical supplies, vitamins, food supplements, and health-related products.
  • Food, drinks, and other consumables.
  • Cosmetic items for animals.
  • High-tech electronics & gadgets, computer hardware, audio & video equipment, home appliances, electronic items for pets.
  • Furniture for adults, statues, paintings, drawings, home fragrances.

Reporting Prohibited Items

If you spot a member selling prohibited items or violating our rules, please report them at report@koshmosh.com to help improve the community’s experience on KoshMosh.

Prohibited Items and Refunds

Refunds for items are not possible if they include prohibited items that we’ve had to hide or delete.

Pre-Listing Checklist

Before listing your item, ensure the following:

  • Items are clean, washed, or disinfected according to their material.
  • Any spots, defects, or flaws are included in the listing’s description and photos.
  • Electronics are safe to use, without damaged plugs, batteries, or cables.
  • All original instructions, manuals, or safety warnings are included if applicable.
Important Note

Uploaded items undergo an automated check to ensure compliance with our selling guidelines. This process usually takes up to 1 minute, but in some cases, it may take up to 1 or 2 days. If you purchase a Bump during this time, your order won’t be processed until the check is complete, ensuring a smooth selling experience on KoshMosh.

Step 1: Explore the Website

1.1. Visit KoshMosh.com and explore the wide range of products available. You can use the search bar or browse through categories to find the items you’re interested in.

Step 2: Find Your Desired Product

2.1. Once you find a product you want to purchase, click on the product image or title to view its details.

Step 3: Product Details Page

3.1. On the product details page, you’ll see information about the product, including images, description, price, and any available variations (e.g., size, color).

3.2. If applicable, select the desired variations from the options provided (e.g., choose a size or color).

3.3. Check the quantity field to ensure you are purchasing the right quantity of the item.

3.4. Click the “Add to Cart” button to add the item to your shopping cart.

Step 4: Shopping Cart

4.1. A confirmation message will appear, and you can choose to continue shopping or proceed to checkout.

4.2. To review your selections and proceed with your purchase, click on the shopping cart icon usually located in the top right corner of the page.

Step 5: Review Your Order

5.1. In the shopping cart, review the items you’ve added. You can adjust quantities, remove items, or apply any available discount codes.

5.2. Click the “Proceed to Checkout” button when you are ready to complete your purchase.

Step 6: Checkout

6.1. If you are a returning customer, log in with your credentials. For new customers, fill in the required information to create an account or proceed as a guest.

6.2. Enter your billing details and shipping address. Ensure the information is accurate to facilitate a smooth delivery process.

6.3. Choose your preferred payment method (credit/debit card, PayPal, etc.).

6.4. Review your order once more to ensure everything is correct.

Step 7: Place Order

7.1. Click the “Place Order” button to complete your purchase.

Step 8: Confirmation

8.1. You will be redirected to a confirmation page that provides an order summary and order number.

8.2. Additionally, you should receive an order confirmation email with the details of your purchase.
